Registration opened July 11 and sold out July 14. We have 99 teams from 19 states + Canada. If you’d like to compete, fill out the registration and add your name to the waitlist. If someone cancels, we’ll fill spots using the waitlist.
Spots are filled on a first come, first served, first paid basis. If your preferred site size sells out, we recommend registering for an alternate site size and getting on the wait list.
- 18×18 – $300
- This site is 18 feet wide by 18 feet long. It consists of two standard parking spaces side by side. There are 37 of these sites available.
- 18×27 – $325
- This site is 27 feet wide by 18 feet long. It consists of three standard parking spaces side by side. There are 26 of these sites available.
- 18×36 – $350
- This site is 18 feet wide by 36 feet long. It consists of four standard parking spaces. There are 30 of these sites available.
- 18×54 – $450
- This site is 18 feet wide and 54 feet long. It includes six standard parking spaces located side by side. There are 13 of these sites available.
Once your application is received, you will receive an email within 1-2 days letting you know if your application has been accepted and if your site size request is available.
Within that email, you will also receive an invoice. Your registration is not complete and your site size is not reserved until you have paid the registration fee in full.
Refund Policy
- Full refund (less any processing fees) if you cancel on or before Sept. 1, 2025.
- 50% refund (less any fees) if you cancel on or before Oct. 1, 2025
- No refunds will be issued after Oct. 31, 2025.
