10:45 a.m. – Judges’ Meeting
12 p.m. – Chicken Turn In
12:30 p.m. – Ribs Turn In
1 p.m. – Pork Turn In
1:30 p.m. – Brisket Turn In
2:00 – Turkey Smoke Turn In
2:45 p.m. – Dessert Turn In
5:30 p.m. – Awards
