Location

Judging will take place inside a tent in the parking lot.

Please park at the south end of the Bass Pro Shops. See the map.

Check In

Please arrive at the judge’s tent at 9:30 a.m. Please line up in either the JUDGES lines, or the VOLUNTEER  line.

Check in will be done outside. Remain outside to wait for your table assignment and to receive your Commemorative BBQ Jackpot Pin. 

• Judges will be eating 4 meats; and possibly Turkey and Dessert
• We have about 60 entries for the ancillaries. We plan to serve each table 4 entries. That means we need 14 tables of judges to stay for the whole day.
• Those of you that previously responded to Rhonda’s email that you could NOT stay for ancillaries have not been added to the Turkey or Dessert.
• Volunteers will be doing one of the following, and may be signed up for the ancillaries as a judge.
  • Table Captain (may be double duty for Ancillaries if you want to eat)
  • Table Captain helper
  • Number Switcher
  • Leftovers
  • Data Entry
  • Data Entry helper/runner
  • Comment Cards

If you bring a cooler, it must fit under your judge’s chair.
