Location

Judging will take place inside the Hyatt Place at Silverton Village. We have two large meeting rooms reserved. 

Please park at the Hyatt Place, not Bass Pro Shops. The Bass Pro parking is reserved for Bass Pro customers. See the map.

Check In

Please arrive at the back side of the hotel at 9:30 a.m. Check in will be done outside. Remain outside to wait for your table assignment and to receive your Commemorative BBQ Jackpot Pin. 

Unless you have a room at the Hyatt, please do not congregate in the lobby or in the pool area. Those spaces are reserved for hotel guests. 

If you bring a cooler, it must fit under your judge’s chair.
